All-Athletic Network (“we”) connects athletes with independent coaches and sports venues. This page explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Students and guests: your name, email, the session you book, and whether the participant is an adult or a child. You do not need an account to book.
• Coaches: name, email, phone, location, sports, bio, pricing, schedule, documents you upload (such as certifications or insurance), and your background check consent and result status.
• Venues: business name, website, address, contact email, and the details you submit with your listing.
• Technical data: basic logs (such as IP address and browser type) created automatically when you use the site.

How we use it

• To book sessions, take payment, and tell coaches who is coming and when.
• To review and verify coaches and venues, including background checks.
• To send you booking confirmations, account emails, and important notices.
• To keep the site secure and prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• The coach you book sees your name, the session, and (for children) that the participant is under 18. Coaches do not receive your card details.
• Service providers that run the site for us: Stripe (payments and coach payouts), Supabase (database and sign-in), Netlify (hosting), a background check provider for coaches, and an email service. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect safety, rights, or property.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Children

Children cannot create accounts or book on their own. A parent or guardian books for a child and must stay at the facility during sessions. We collect only what is needed to run the session.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records as long as needed to run the service and meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements. When you ask us to delete your data, we delete or anonymize what we are not required to keep.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it. California residents have specific rights, including the right to know, delete, and not be discriminated against for using these rights.
• Coaches can edit their schedule, prices, and password anytime by signing in, and can retire their profile.

Security

We use encrypted connections and restrict who can access data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
