Terms of Service

Independent Contractor Status

Coaches who list their services on All-Athletic Network are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of All-Athletic Network. Coaches set their own prices, hours, and coaching methods. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship between All-Athletic Network and any coach.

No Guarantee of Lesson Quality

All-Athletic Network facilitates the discovery, scheduling, and payment of coaching sessions between athletes and independent coaches. All-Athletic Network does not employ, train, or supervise coaches, and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of any lesson. Background checks and certifications displayed on a coach's profile reflect information provided by or obtained about the coach at a point in time and are not an ongoing guarantee of fitness to coach.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours ahead at no charge. A cancellation is refunded to your card, less Stripe's card processing fee, which Stripe does not return. Rescheduling moves your session to a new time at no charge and updates your coach's calendar. No shows do not receive a refund.

Payments

All payments for sessions booked through All-Athletic Network must be made through the All-Athletic Network platform. All-Athletic Network retains a service fee (currently 15%) from each transaction, with the remainder paid to the coach.

Leaving the Platform

A coach who stops coaching, or who no longer wants to coach through All-Athletic Network, must retire from the platform using the retire option on their coach dashboard. Retiring removes the coach from the site, notifies All-Athletic Network, and notifies the coach's students that no new bookings will be accepted through the site. Sessions already booked and paid for remain in place: the coach must honor them, and they are final. Students are encouraged to find other coaches through the site.

Platform Role

All-Athletic Network is a technology platform. Users are responsible for exercising their own judgment when selecting a coach or accepting a student, and should independently verify any credentials that matter to their decision.
